Preliminary Itinerary
DAY ONE: Sunday September 26, 2010
5:30 p.m. Arrive for check-in at John F Kennedy International Airport
8:30 p.m. Flight departure

DAY TWO: Monday September 27, 2010
Upon arrival in Iceland, motor coach transfer from airport to Hotel Plaza
Enjoy buffet breakfast and early check-in. Get settled, refresh, visit a spa or stroll the old city of Reykjavik.
5:00 p.m. Welcome reception at Hotel Holt, attend film festival together as a group.

DAY THREE: Tuesday September 28, 2010
8:00 a.m. Buffet breakfast at the Hotel Plaza
9:00 a.m. Visit the famed Golden Circle, including Gulfoss Falls, Geysir and Pingvellir National Park (all day sight-seeing trip with guide).
Enjoy dining and film festival screenings on your own in the evening.

DAY FOUR: Wednesday September 29, 2010
8:00 a.m. Buffet breakfast at the Hotel Plaza
9:00 a.m. Excursion to the Blue Lagoon ( 2 hour trip)

Special Event: Film festival focus on American indie legend Jim Jarmusch hosted by Harlan Jacobson.

DAY FIVE: Thursday September 30, 2010
8:00 a.m. Buffet breakfast at the Hotel Plaza
Enjoy one of Reykjavik’s world class spas, attend film festival screenings, take in a museum, browse boutiques, dinner on your own.

DAY SIX: Friday October 1, 2010 - Departure Day
Buffet breakfast at the Hotel Plaza before noon check out
2:00 p.m. transfer to airport by motor coach
5:00 p.m. flight to U.S. (returns JFK 7:00 p.m.)

Air transportation to and from the US airport from which you are departing and returning, or hotel accommodations should your connection to JFK airport require an overnight stay.
