Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, Cochin, Trivandrum and Mumbai - here we come!

Day 1-2 : (Delhi)
Arrive Delhi in the evening. We will be met by our guides and check in to our hotel.
We will tour the famed capital of India, the seat of power of a number of dynasties – the Rajput’s, the Afghans, the Turks and the Mughals who continued their imperial line until the British. We will see the dramatic remnants of the Mughal Empire.
Day 3 : (Agra)
From Delhi we head to Agra to tour the Taj Mahal.
Day 4-5 : (Jaipur)
We have two days to enjoy the architecture, art and history of this beautiful city. Shopping, dining, and elephant rides.
Day 6-8 : (Cochin)
We will fly to Cochin where we have some time to enjoy the lush countryside, dine, tour and soak in the many cultural influences that have shaped India.
Day 9 : (Kumarakom)
We will stay in a resort, our jumping off place to tour an old rubber plantation and visit a bird sanctuary, visit a local market and sample southern cuisine. Spa services are available at the resort.
Day 10-12 (Trivandrum)
On to cinema! We’ll have a few days to see Indian films and tour the southern province.
Day 13-15 (Mumbai)
We will fly to Mumbai where our guides will see this staggeringly enormous city. Remember the film Lunchbox? Museums, historic landmarks, shopping – bring an extra suitcase.
