WHEN IN AUSTIN
Between movies, confabs and concerts, you’ll want to make time to experience the American Civil Rights movement in high relief at the Lyndon B. Johnson Library. Shoppers have good pickings on South Congress Avenue. The Zilker Botanical Garden offers excellent views of the city skyline from the Taniguchi Japanese Garden.

Hyatt Regency on Barton Springs Road. Centrally located, this airy and welcoming Hyatt is a short Uber and pleasant walk to the Austin Convention Center.

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • 5 nights’ accommodations at Hyatt Regency on Barton Springs Road
  • Daily breakfast buffet at hotel
  • Festival briefings with your travel hosts
  • Film Festival Accreditation (this admits us to films)
  • A group feast at one of our favorite BBQ joints

REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

  • Air transportation to and from Austin
  • Meals not specified in detailed itinerary
  • Incidentals
  • Taxis and public transportation around Austin
  • Travel/Trip Cancellation insurance (Highly recommended)

A minimum of 10 travelers is required before we can greenlight this trip. Please do not purchase any nonrefundable air until the trip is confirmed. Cancellation Policy:
Should the trip not fully subscribe, the deposit will be refunded in full. Once the trip is fully subscribed, the balance of registration fees will be due. Once the trip has been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable. Travel/ Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance.
